Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GlobalEdu Hub. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up, whether as a student or a teacher.

Teachers and courses

Teachers are independent educators who create and price their own courses and set their own availability. GlobalEdu Hub provides the platform connecting students and teachers but is not itself the instructor of record for any course. Teachers are responsible for the accuracy of their course content and for delivering the classes they schedule.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Course prices are set by individual teachers. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us if something goes wrong with an enrollment or payment.

Acceptable use

• Don't use the platform for anything illegal or harmful.
• Don't harass, abuse, or discriminate against other users.
• Don't attempt to circumvent the platform to avoid fees on transactions initiated here.
• Don't upload content you don't have the rights to (including class recordings featuring people who haven't consented).

Content and intellectual property

Teachers retain ownership of the course content they create. By uploading a recording or course material, you grant GlobalEdu Hub a license to host and display it to enrolled students for the purpose of operating the platform.

Limitation of liability

GlobalEdu Hub is provided "as is." We do our best to keep the platform reliable and secure, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we're not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the platform, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can stop using the platform and request account deletion at any time.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
